Editing Process

To edit the film, we used Final Cut Pro, since it is the editing software on the Macs at school and is the one which I have most experience in. The editing process went well, although due to time constraints thanks to the speed of my group, I was somewhat late to filming. A source of difficulty was filling the time limit as the footage we used only filled around 1 and a half minutes. However, I managed to fill the gap, through techniques such as freezing some shots to make them last longer, and adding a film company logo alongside my logo, which allowed me to fill the space. It was also somewhat difficult to do this on my own, seeing as the other person in my group failed to show up to all but one of the lessons, meaning editing was pushing stress to the forefront. This also had a knock on effect to my edting skills. The distraction of trying to control the film and get it as good as possible meant I didn't focus on the sound, meaning the audio is somewhat louder in places, however in general it is balanced enough to be enjoyable enough, meaning that while editing was somewhat difficult it was entirely possible to get done as I managed it
